The project consists of 2 buildings with a total of 25 rental units, meant to help the emancipation of young people and to provide decent housing for senior and low-income population.

The emphasis is set on the creation of functionally flexible and comfortable spaces, taking into account the quality of the finishes and seeking materials with great durability and low-maintenance. Regarding the design, it is strongly committed to a maximum efficiency, architectural quality and sustainability.

The project aims to help the young, elder and socially disadvantaged population affording decent housing as a result of the economic crisis
