The project is located in the north-east of the coast of Ibiza, surrounded by cliffs and pine forests and bathed by the Mediterranean sun.

The project has 112 rooms and luxury suites, as well as an independent wing of semi underground suites, a club, a market space, a luxury spa and a villa complex on the upper part of the enclosure . Not only that, but the complex algo has two exterior pools, a fitness center, two barbacue and kitchen zones , and an underground parking lot inserted into the cliff side.

The project organizes and integrates itself in its environtment following the specific topographic conditions and orography of the site and the regulations of the resort. Both things are used as an advantatge to create a dynamic complex that combines the vegetation of the place and the rustic construction style of Ibiza.

The integration of the environtment is considered essential in the project due to its privileged location.

The materials used in the project, like traditional mortar rendering and locally resourced “sabina” pine wood, helps integrate the building with its surroundings, creating a modern but warm and welcoming complex that echoes the architecture of Portinatx and Ibiza. As well as using local materials, discretly integrated modern elements of construction allow the project to archieve the highest standard of susteinability, acording to the BREEAM methodology.
