Este patio no solo aporta luz al interior de la nave, sino que tambi\u00e9n proporciona ventilaci\u00f3n natural y pone en relaci\u00f3n todas la plantas del edificio, creando un punto central de reuni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-right wp-block-paragraph\">Con tal de enfatizar este atrio bioclim\u00e1tico y debido a la necesidad de un nuevo acceso a las plantas superiores, se plantea una escalera org\u00e1nica que sube como una enredadera que relaciona todos los niveles y que sube buscando la luz hasta la azotea, generando a su alrededor las areas de relaci\u00f3n entre los usuarios del FoodLab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-wide\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Seccio-fugada-final_ed-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-right wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto a la articulaci\u00f3n del programa, la planta baja se concibe como una plaza interior donde se situan los dos n\u00facleos principales: la escalera hist\u00f3rica y la nueva escalera central, rodeada por una zona de jard\u00edn; as\u00ed como todos los espacios p\u00fablicos: la sala de exposiciones, que puede estar abierta y poner en relaci\u00f3n el auditorio con la plaza o quedar cerrada; el auditorio, que se plantea como un espacio flexible y vers\u00e1til; y el espacio de grab&amp;go, que queda en relaci\u00f3n directa con la plaza y el jard\u00edn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-right\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1684\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-300x197.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-1024x673.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-768x505.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-1536x1010.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/planta_pb_ed_web-2048x1347.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-right wp-block-paragraph\">Con todos los espacios p\u00fablicos en la planta baja, las plantas superiores acogen los espacios y usos m\u00e1s privados del edificio. Mediante el uso del atrio bioclim\u00e1tico y sus espacios para albergar actividades que no requieren de unas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas estrictas, se consigue reducir los metros cuadrados climatizados. Adem\u00e1s, con la integraci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n xer\u00f3fila dentro del atrio se mantiene una temperatura estable y se regula la humedad relativa de los espacios.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-right wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al ciclo del agua, el equilibrio de las plantas xer\u00f3filas y las productivas hacen que la demanda h\u00eddrica de la vegetaci\u00f3n no sea elevada. Adem\u00e1s, se prevee un ciclo h\u00eddrico cerrado que reconozca los usos que permiten el uso de agua no potable y reducir tanto el consumo de la red como de evacuaci\u00f3n al alcantarillado, usando tanto la captaci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia como el uso de redes de recursos alternativos (fre\u00e1tico).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-right\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/estrategies_ed-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-right wp-block-paragraph\">La materialidad del proyecto surge de la pretensi\u00f3n de diferenciar el patrimonio de las nuevas intervenciones, reparando y pintando de blanco aquellos elementos estructurales hist\u00f3ricos de la nave, mientras que los elementos a\u00f1adidos seran de materiales biosf\u00e9ricos,  de proximidad o que cierren ciclos, como el vidrio o la madera.
