Se proyecta una reforma y adecuaci\u00f3n general del edificio para dar respuesta a los nuevos condicionantes de uso y accesibilidad. Asimismo, con el fin de uniformar la soluci\u00f3n del proyecto con la fachada existente, se extiende la nueva piel a lo largo de toda la fachada poniente, mejorando as\u00ed las condiciones de soleamiento.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Conceptualmente partimos de unos elementos m\u00e1sicos que emergen del suelo y una piel permeable. Disponemos prismas dentro del espacio alrededor de los cuales se generan las circulaciones. Contienen servicios y actividades internas de la oficina y sirven al mismo tiempo para separar otros espacios.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

El concepto de permeabilidad y ligereza se lleva al l\u00edmite, extendi\u00e9ndose por el plano de fachada y por el techo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fruto de la necesidad de protegerse ante el sol, el ruido, el vandalismo y las miradas curiosas de los peatones se crean unas costillas verticales de chapa de acero microperforada, que nacen de fachada y giran hacia el interior creando el techo. As\u00ed pues, todo el proyecto es una combinaci\u00f3n de estos dos elementos: los contenedores y las costillas, que proporcionan una pauta de repetici\u00f3n que se extiende por todo el edificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los prismas m\u00e1sicos se formalizan con un esqueleto de madera forrado de placas de madera-cemento tipo viroc. Cuando se asoman al exterior incorpora un panel sandwich que garantiza la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n y el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico.\u2003<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
