Ha sido complicado resolver seis viviendas por planta con tres fachadas \u00fatiles y una cuarta en medianera. Obtenemos 31 viviendas de dos habitaciones, una doble y una individual. Las 5 viviendas restantes son de un solo dormitorio, todas ellas en planta baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-wide\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-97\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-1024x691.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-768x518.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-1536x1036.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/013-2048x1381.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left text-right wp-block-paragraph\">La situaci\u00f3n central de las circulaciones nos permite aprovechar la m\u00e1xima superficie de fachada \u00fatil y por tanto de iluminaci\u00f3n y ventilaci\u00f3n natural para todas las estancias. Los huecos son predominantemente de geometr\u00eda vertical; es lo m\u00e1s apropiado trat\u00e1ndose de orientaciones a levante y poniente. Situamos escalera y ascensor en el centro de la edificaci\u00f3n y los conectamos con un corredor invadido puntualmente por unos vol\u00famenes, que forman espacios m\u00e1s dom\u00e9sticos en el acceso a las viviendas.
