The maximization of the facade development guarantees maximum sun exposure, ventilation and views.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full image-wide\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2451\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-1536x768.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.mipmari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/01-cmyk-2048x1024.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"text-highlight wp-block-paragraph\">The project recovers the logic of the rural house, the icon of traditional architecture of Ibiza<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group text-right\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The permeable ground floor generates a continuum of green spaces that pass through a generous interior courtyard, in between the big scale of the rear public space and the entrance to the building itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The common spaces as the houses are organized by a mesh with no hierarchies, which allows for flexible and adaptable spaces, inclusive apartments that enjoy spatial versatility. All the housing open up both towards the street and the interior courtyard, generating cross ventilation &#8211; a layout which gives a solution to all the typologies required by the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project has been developed following the tradition of the rural house: the typological solution based on the association of pieces, the use of proximity and sustainable solutions, the skin of the building, resembling fenced gates, is solved through the change in scale of the traditional fabric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passive energy saving measures are valued, prioritizing passive systems over active systems.<br><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\"
